Family owned and operated Blue Ribbon Scapes, LLC offers expert year-round outdoor construction contractor services which include a variety of landscaping services. In business since 2020 with 15 years of combined experience, our mission is to design and build the highest quality hardscapes – paver patios and walkways, walls and benches, synthetic turf, outdoor lighting, fences, and more. Serving north King and south Snohomish counties, Blue Ribbon uses engineered materials of the highest quality and aesthetic appeal to create outdoor living spaces that our customers love.

design service as part of its bid process. For small jobs, this conceptual design is complimentary. For larger projects, Blue Ribbon asks for a design fee that is absorbed into the total project cost when the customer selects Blue Ribbon to perform the build.

iii. Andy is the single point of contact for any questions about the
contract; he is responsive and very easy to work with
iv. Before work starts, Andy will secure the materials needed for your job and work with you to coordinate material delivery; he will answer questions you may have about what to expect during the landscape construction phase
v. Andy is involved in the construction phase, so the work done will be exactly what was agreed upon in the contract; many customer-requested changes to the work statement can be made on the spot
vi. Andy will walk-through the finished landscape work, answering any questions, and he is the single point of contact for all payments
